How long does a Apple Watch charges & wen does it power on ?

Fast Charging (20watt or better power supply) gives you 80% in 30 minutes.
The rated duration is 18 hours for the Series 10, 36 hours for the Ultra 2
Regardless of how long you can stretch the battery before charging, I strongly suggest you get in the habit of charging everyday, and reserve extended periods between charging for emergencies, or in the case of an Ultra 2, when you are camping, running an ultra marathon, etc...
If you repeatedly run the battery dry, it will destroy any Li-Ion battery, and the battery will need to be replaced prematurely.
