Error code 10003 when emptying trash bin after deleting video folder

I deleted a video folder on my computer and it fell into the trash bin. I am trying to empty the trash bin and it gives this error. Can you please help me? Have a nice day.

What is error code 8076? Why am i getting this error code while simply moving files in different folders on the same drive... the operation can't be completed an unexpected error occurred (error code - 8076) or ( error code - 43) ?

The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code -8062). I have tried all the methods that have been mentioned on the forum and this is still not fixed. I think the issue is I use my Mac, but the work uses Google Drive to save our work documents. Google Drive is on my Mac and then uploads to the drive as I save. However, I am unable to move any items to trash (that is when I get the error codes). I have run clean ups, also checked that files is not locked. Can anyone help or make recommendations that I can try?

if that was the error, one of the files is probably damaged:

macerror -10003

Mac OS error -10003 (telBadCAErr): TELCAHandle not found or invalid

File 'handles' are used as a short way of referring to files.
