iPhone 13 mini restart every 30-120 minutes - panic (cpu1 caller)

I have a refurbished iPhone 13 mini, received really in good condition, seems to be new with no alert about any HW component, that from the 3rd day of the setup is restarting every 30 - 120 minutes, with the following error attached on the screenshot.

Panic (cpu1 caller 0xfffffff040daded4) and similar.

Can you provide any support? Why I have this issue and how I can solve it.
