iPhone XS Max restarts automatically after 3 minutes

xsmax restarts automatically in 3 minutes... reboot, software update to ios 18.5, reset factory settings all done but problem exists

Now occasional shutdowns are a symptom of a failing battery and Apple may make an exception in replacing your battery if you tell them that. “hi: thanks for reply.. i have already done two time reinstalling the ios to latest version using itunes but still problem exists... Hope charging port flex need to be replace with OEM i think so...”
