“hi: thanks for reply.. i have already done two time reinstalling the ios to latest version using itunes but still problem exists... Hope charging port flex need to be replace with OEM i think so...”

You are welcome. Report back, if fixed, and how. You might want to try using another computer, and be certain your computer is plugged in and charging while performing this.
