after update to 26.3 the iphone restart always

Which iPhone do you use? Is the battery health below 80% in Settings/Battery?
If yes, you will have to get the iPhone serviced to get the battery replaced:

If the battery health is still good, try to set it back to factory settings, set it up manually without the backup. Then test it again.
If it still restarts, visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place and let them check the phone.
