About using educational discount
I'm University student of Sri Lanka, Can I purchase a mac mini under student discount from Australian store through my friend.(Without I'm going there), If it's possible how can I proof my student ID.

You can't. The Australian education discount requires that you be enrolled in or accepted to an Australian university. Your friend, if he/she qualifies, can buy a Mac, but that is intended to be for his/her use. Buying one for you would be an abuse of the program and could get him/her barred from ever using that program again.
I'd suggest you just shop around among the authorized resellers in Sri Lanka. Often a reseller will match or in some cases even exceed the discounts offered through Apple'd Education Store, particularly if you plan on buying additional peripherals or accessories along with the Mac.
