iPhone 13 Factory Reset without Wi-Fi Connectivity

How do I reset IOS iphone 13 to factory settings when the iphone WON'T connect to WIFI? I have downloaded the iphone 13 data to my computer through iTunes and have successfully tranferred all data to the new iphone 14. AND I have followed these steps: To reset an iPhone 13 to factory settings using iTunes when it won't connect to Wi-Fi, connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable, open iTunes, navigate to the device summary, and click "Restore iPhone" to initiate the factory reset process; ensure you have a backup of your important data before performing this action. to get the old iphone erased with NO success. HELP!
