Call Smart Blocker blocking home calls on iPhone 14 Pro Max

I have an IPhone 14 Pro Max.

My calls to my home land line just randomly started being screened and blocked by Call Smart Blocker. (According to the recording). Clearly, I have always been able to call this number. But now I can’t even call home to my family. This flagging is clearly too sensitive, ridiculous, and extremely frustrating. What happened and how can it be fixed???
