Issue with MacOS Notes Not Syncing from iCloud (Workaround for Sonoma 14.0)

If you're experiencing issues with MacOS Notes not syncing iCloud content added from other Apple devices, you're not alone. Sometimes the sync takes too long or doesn't update at all.

Here's a workaround I found for MacOS Sonoma 14.0 that forces Notes to sync properly:

1. Open System Settings.
2. Search for iCloud in the search bar.
3. Select iCloud - Apple ID.
4. Click on Show All.
5. Choose Notes from the list.
6. You'll see the option Sync this Mac. Disable it (iCloud Notes will temporarily disappear from the Notes app).
7. Re-enable the option Sync this Mac. iCloud Notes should reappear, updated with the latest content.

After this, your Notes should sync properly, and you can continue using them without any missing updates.
