How do i move around photos in an album into theological order after apple’s inconceivable decision to screw up my albums. I’ve been at this for an hour! I have my first album ready to be organized. How do I move photos around and take out some photos during this process?

You move pictures around in an album by using a long-press and then dragging them around.
You can sort pictures in an album with the sort menu.
You can choose the way you want to sort them with the sort menu.
