Cannot Revoke Access to App via Sign In With Apple

I'm developing an app and I've been trying to revoke access to the app, so that I can reuse my account to sign in again. I can get all the way through the delete process, but afterwords the app just immediately shows up in the list, again as if I never deleted it.

This also happens on my mac and via account.apple.com.

I have been able to revoke permission from other apps, but not this one. Could someone help me figure out what's wrong?

Unlink Game Center account from a Game. How can I unlink my Game Center account from a game? I signed in a game with my Game Center account. Now, it automatically connects to the account when I reinstall the app. How can I revoke the account grant to the game? Note 1: that I am not talking about the Game Data stored in iCloud, as there is none. It is about revoking the sign-in with Game Center. Note 2: I am not talking about signing out of the game, but to remove the link between my account to the game. On the account page of Apple, we can do that for Apple ID sign-ins but not Game Center.
