Resizing calendar widget on iPhone

My calendar widget has resized and I don’t know how to change its size back. I pressed long on the icon and there is no option. I can add a new calendar fidget but all options are horizontal nothing longer vertically. I don’t have a preview of what it looked like - just a drowning but it was showing a longer list down also with the all day activities. Please help me to resize it back to the longer vertical version as I had just days ago.
