I am unable to run/set up automations because of this and whenever an automation tries to run, it will require my Face ID to complete the task.
As you can see it requires Face ID (and YES you can enable that for Shortcuts app as well as other apps.)
And as you can see in the second image, there is no option to “don’t require Face ID”
Is there any way to fix this issue?

Here is the content of the automation, the "Do" part:
In order, it uses the "Get Device Details", "Date", "Get Battery Status" and the "Add New Reminder" actions.
I believe it depends on the type of automation you are trying to run. I have a personal automation (see below) that creates a reminder when the battery is charged. The automation runs automatically without my having to use Face ID.
Could you provide more informations on the type of automation (in particular what triggers the automation) and the content of the automation?
