I am not finding any reference to an "iMac Pro M2". The only iMac Pro was a 2017 model and had an Intel Xeon W processor, not the Apple M-series. Please clarify your Mac Model and the macOS version it is running.
Sounds like a legal question, suggest you consult w/ a legal professional.
There is no such thing as an iMac Pro M2. The iMac Pro (2017), which used Intel Xeon processors, is the only iMac Pro that Apple ever made. There also is no such thing as a M2 iMac. The only Apple Silicon iMacs are 24" M1, M3, and M4 ones.
