My contact changes when I change my mom‘s name

So every time I change mine or my mom‘s name for contacts it changes both of our to the same thing

Incorrect contact names between father and son on iPhone 16 Pro I have my son under my plan, both iPhone 16 pros. His profile on his phone shows “Dad”, not his own. We were able to change to his name, but then I show up as his name when I contact him. Do you guys share an Apple Account? If so which it sure seems that way, you guys should each make your own Apple Account as they are not meant to be shared.
