1. Open Settings
2. Tap [Your name] > See All (next to Saved to iCloud)
3. Toggle off 'Phone & FaceTime'

Please note that this will prevent the syncing of Phone and FaceTime across all your iCloud devices. Also, the settings may look a little bit different considering your iPhone is running iOS 16, but the steps generally remain the same
