Why is my iPhone Timer not working correctly?

Hi, my timer does not work properly. Some days it will go off (twice this morning but the third time it did not) other days it will make a sound for two seconds and shut itself off and other time it won’t make any noise, one day I saw the screen light up and that is it. How do I fix this? Is anyone else having this problem?

Timer no longer wotking I have iPhone 11 updated to iOS 16.4.1 & have shut down & restarted MANY times. The timer (set anywhere between 5 mins & 2 hrs) while watching a series on Britbox continually fails to stop the video. Well- that’s not exactly true. There’s a TINY blip of silence (barely a second!) at tge supposed stopping point & then it rolls right along -all night!!- until I stop it manually when I wake up in the morning. HELP!
