WiFi and Bluetooth failure on my iPhone 7 Plus
My Bluetooth and wifi refuses to connect. I’ve reset my network settings many times still it’s not working

The chip that controls both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has likely failed. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

Unfortunately, this may be a very expensive repair and the money might be better spent on a new phone that will run up to date iOS versions.
