i lost my pictures from i cloud after 30 days and i trying everyday to get them back ! i tryed dr phone and some other methods but nothing works ! thank for you advice

Once deleted, photos are retained in the recently deleted album for up to 30 days before being automatically deleted forever. Recovery is not possible.
When you delete photos from iCloud they go into a wastebin for 30 days. After 30 days they are permanently deleted and you can't get them back, unless you have been doing backups of your photos. If you aren't doing backups of your files and photos then perhaps now is the time to think about it. iCloud is not a backup, it's a synch service as, unfortunately, you have discovered.
