Apple Fitness+ still not available in the Netherlands

Fitness+ was announced in 2020, yet it is still not available in the Netherlands. Is there any reason for that? Can I try to use Fitness+ with a separate Apple ID account in France or Germany for example where the service is available?

No one here works for Apple and we do now know what Apple will or will not do in the future.

You would have to have a physical address and payment from the country you are trying to set up an Apple Account in.
