I’m from Sri Lanka, and Apple One Premium and Apple Fitness+ are not available in our country. Is there any way for us to access these services, or are there plans to make them available in Sri Lanka in the future?

As these are subscription services, likely tied to the current geographic markets where they are offered, I see no means for you to access them from Sri Lanka.
