What are 'start-carmel-detector.sh' and 'run-service.sh' on my MacBook Pro?

Today I happened to look at the Login items and extensions list on my MacBook Pro and noticed these two things in the "allow in background" list. Wondering what they are and if they are not standard Mac utilities, how they got here? I run Malwarebytes on my mac, so I assumed if they were malware, they would have been removed. Can the community help me solve this (local) mystery? Should I leave these running in the background or not? what are they for? thank you!

That new area of extensions Allow in the Background is a mystery...

I would suspect third party software extension or associated .sh

Why not uncheck them and see...(?)
