It almost sounds as if you have the camera set to Portrait, which intentionally blurs the background to highlight the figure you are closer to. This is called Bokeh effect in photography. Make sure unless you are trying to take a portrait photo that you have the camera set to photo.

That's an example of trying to photograph items some of which are too close to take in focus. It's no wonder given the bedding is so close to the camera, the entire photo is not in focus. You could have tapped the bedding to tell the camera you wanted the bedding to be in better focus. But the example you've posted would be difficult for ANY camera to capture a photo ALL in focus.
There's nothing wrong with the camera on your iPhone. You chose an almost impossible scene to take in focus.

No it’s on normal photo mode half of the image is focus n half is blur the bottom half is never focus jus the top half like if I take a photo of someone the top half is ok n the bottom half isn’t and it takes so long to take a shot like hav to wait for lik 2 seconds before I can take another shot and it is on faster shooting
Thank you for posting the example. Other community members have shared some good links that explain what you’re experiencing. If you need more assistance I’m happy to walk you through what’s going on and a few possible ways to overcome some limitations.
