Black dote on iPhone 16 pro max back

i bought my iPhone 3 weeks not from apple and 4 days ago I noticed a black dote on my phones back I tried to clean it but it didn’t work I bought in the store I brought it they told me talk to apple I talk to apple they told me talk to the store what should I do because people say it is a cosmetic damage what should I do?
