i can not install tiktok from app store even tho i’m in a country where it is allowed

I am currently facing an issue with downloading the TikTok app from the App Store. My Apple ID is registered in a country where TikTok is available, and my regional settings on my iPhone match this country. Despite this, the App Store does not allow me to download the application.

Here are some details about my setup:

Device: [ iPhone 11 ]

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Signed out and back into my Apple ID.

2. Verified and matched my regional settings to my App Store region.

3. Cleared the App Store cache by refreshing it.

4. Restarted my device.

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Could you please assist me in understanding why I cannot download TikTok and how I can fix this issue?
