Unable to find App in my Apple Store to download

Does anyone know why my apple store cannot download many app from the State? Example I cannot find T-mobile or 7seleven to download from Apple Store. I have already updated my region in Setting. I setup my Apple account in another Country back in 2022.

iPhone 14, iOS 18

The Apple Store region is set through your Apple Account's country or region setting, not the iPhone's local region setting. click here ➜ Change Apple Account country or region - Apple Support

Check and make sure the correct account is showing in Media & Purchases.

Try restarting your device to ensure it is using your current country.
