iphone won't connect to toyota highlander hotspot

free one year subscription expired on my 2024 grand highlander wi fi and now my iphone will not connect to the car hot spot any longer.

Hotspot Problems since iOS 16 Update (iPhone 12 Pro) My iPhone 12 (iOS 16.3.1) pro didn't "open" the internet connection to my Car by wifi hotspot. With iOS 15 there was no issue and it worked very good. Since I've updated to iOS 16 and newer it doesn't work. The workaroud with restart or resetting the network settings didn't help. Also a clean install didn't help. Whats the Problem here with iOS 16 and newer? Is there any solution for this issue?

Sorry, I'm confused. If your subscription expired, why would you expect it to work anymore?
