iCloud country change issue after switching Apple Account from Oman to India

Country for my appleID was chaged from Oman to India months ago.

Now while trying to upgrade icloud storage, message shows Your a/c is not valid for Oman Store switch to India store,

while clicking the option to change store, it shows, Cant connect to apple store.

the above steps were performed in my macbook, as I was not able to click apple id in Settings in my iphone. Id appears but it is like faded, and not allowed to click it open in iphone.

Please note both iphone and macbook are updated to the latest ios versions.

while trying icould upgarde I have got a notification on iphone today to accept terms and conditions of icloud, while I am not able to find how to do it, as I am not able to click open my apple id from iphone.

India has been the country showing for apple id. Payment method was set to UPI. Fuding to apple id was done. shipment address was also updated in apple id while changing the country months ago.

Please advise how to change icloud country also to India from macbook. I had expected that change to happen automatically while changing the country for apple id .
