apps losing camera and library access

My phone was restarted and now all apps can't access to camera and library. And when i go to settings, there's no camera option on apps access. Pls help ( Iphone 8s )

How to allow camera access to apps on my iPhone? My iPhone randomly crashed so I needed to allow my camera to all of my apps again but when I looked in settings, there was no option to allow my camera. Any help? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Camera not working in third party apps iOS 18.4.1 Camera is not working in third party apps( shows a black screen on apps like google pay, instagram etc) and even the QR code scan option ( from the control center) doesn’t work either on iOS 18.4.1 on iPhone 16 pro max. Only option is to restart the phone. But again after a day or two this issue repeats.

Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and Photos - give the apps you want to have access to your camera and photos access there
