My iPhone randomly crashed so I needed to allow my camera to all of my apps again but when I looked in settings, there was no option to allow my camera. Any help?

You will need to open the individual app and attempt to use the camera. At that point it should prompt you to provide permission.
Check settings - apps and enable camera on each app you need.
