iCloud messaging won’t turn on
I’m not able to receive calls or texts and when I go in settings I’m unable to turn on my iCloud messaging services, it comes up with an error message.

You need to have an SMS/MMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM/eSIM that you use on your device. Apple Inc. does not provide SMS/MMS services.
