I want to enable camera for apps like TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram, because suddenly they all need camera enabled even though I already allowed it. but when I check their app settings it doesn’t have the camera option to enable it.

Then it means those apps have not requested to use your camera yet, and thus you cannot give them access.
