Apple Watch Burns

My Apple Watch SE 40mm has left some pretty nasty burns on my wrist after sleeping in my watch what can I do about this.

You seem to have very fair skin that will not tolerate overnight use.

my personal advice if you have such delicate skin:

·       Wear it on the other wrist til the skin heals

·       Wash your wrists night and morning

·       Do not wear it overnight!

·       Clean the watch back and strap with a damp face cloth every day

·       Moisturise at night and if you have a dusty job  apply barrier cream in the morning.

·       If it persists see a dermatologist.
