Are there any potential risks of using Apple Watch during pregnancy?

I was seeing all this stuff about the new Apple Watch causing problems to a lot of people. As soon as I found out my fiancé was pregnant I got her the new Apple Watch. In the beginning she was doing great baby was fine. But when I came to the 3 month we lost the baby. I just really want some answers or some type of way to figure out if apple was the cause or if it was something else. Honestly can anybody help?
