Request for Passwords app to store credit card information

The Passwords app is missing one piece that is a crucial. I'm unable to store my credit card information in the app allowing me to bring it up if I need to provide it to someone. I already understand that keychain is still available, but this does not allow me to do what I need to do. Many other apps, such as 1Password supports this already and has for years. I'm not sure why Apple has decided not to develop this piece of functionality into the Passwords app. The same can be said for Secure notes, identities, bank account info and the such. I'm certain this has already been asked and answered thousands of times, but I can't seem to find a straight answer as to if this functionality is in the queue for development.
