My iPhone 12 passcode 0 won’t work and unfortunately that one of the numbers I need to unlock I tired forcing restart but it still didn’t work this happen out no where phone has no cracks does someone know what it could be ?

This is almost always a problem with the screen digitizer....which will very likely need to be replaced.

Is only the 0 on the passcode prompt unresponsive or is that entire spot on all pages unresponsive?
Please make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider for diagnostics.
