my TikTok app has been mistakenly deleted days ago in my iPhone i do not know how and why my I was disabled in my App Store there is no my mistake in my account. i have lots of feelings with my TikTok account. i have been using this account for many years. please App Store give me my TikTok account back.

It is not a problem for Apple to resolve. They are doing exactly what they are supposed to do.
Apple does not make the laws, but they to do have follow them. The law places fines on both Google and Apple for allowing anyone to download or redownload the app. All that is left for you to do is access TikTok on the web using Safari. Even for that, the days are numbered for TikTok if it is not sold to a US company and you are now down to about 61 days left.

There is nothing you can do. Apps are not transferred to a new phone like files or photos, it is only the link to the app that will be downloaded from the App Store on your new phone after it is set up. Clearly if the app is not available in the App Store, you will not see it downloaded on your new device.
You will need to wait like the others to see if the fines placed on both Apple and Google are lifted. ByteDance still must be sold to a US company. That has not happened yet, and there is no guarantee that it will. The days are numbered for that to happen, but for now you can access TikTok on the web using Safari. There is something like 61 days left.

Correct. If you are in the US, you will not be able to te-download the app, pending ownership changes at ByteDance, or changes to US law.

You want the TikTok app back.
Apple needs to comply with U.S. law, which prohibits them from distributing, maintaining, or updating that app. That's why it is not in the U.S. App Store, and why if you did still have it, it wouldn't get any updates and would refuse to let you make any in-app purchases.
Google also must obey U.S. law, which is why you can't get the Android version of the app from the U.S. Google Play Store, either.

I’m sorry guys, if you delete TikTok accidentally, on purpose, you can’t download nor update TikTok and other Bytedance apps like CapCut, Donald Trump passed a law banning TikTok and other apps until ByteDance, the owner of TikTok and CapCut, sells the apps to a American company in 90 days. The reason Donald Trump banned TikTok is because TikTok is owned by a Chinese company called ByteDance, and with the power of TikTok, China would attack the United States of America, but still, TikTok is available in other countries or regions outside of the United States of America. This means that TikTok and ByteDance Ltd apps will be disabled in App Store and Play Store.
Apps affected due to Donald Trump banning TikTok and Other ByteDance Ltd Apps :
But if you did not delete TikTok or this apps, they will still remain on your device but you can not download or update these apps when you move to a new device, but remember, if you delete TikTok, you can never get it back never again.
