If you sync messages with iCloud, when you deleted the message, it went to your Recently Delete folder. It stayed there for 30 days, to give you the opportunity to restore it. If it's been 2 months, the message is gone and can't be recovered. You could ask the message recipient if they still have it and ask them to forward it back to you. Otherwise, it's gone.
