My iphone keeps everywhile delete existing contacts randomly for unknown reasons. It deletes the name and i found the number only on my call log. I have 200 Gb storage on iCloud so it’s not because space issue. Even when I save the contact again, it deletes again for many times.

What is your default Contacts account? If none, please add an email account and enable contacts.
