Unlike some desktop computers with which you may be familiar, your iPad (which runs iPadOS) doesn't have a Recycle Bin.
However, some iPad Apps (such as the Files, Photos etc) have a Recently Deleted folder - from which deleted files can be recovered for up to 30-days from their initial deletion.
