Image disappears in Export

While editing, my short video looks fine. However, when I export, one of the images pops up for the first and last second of the clip duration. It just simply disappears. I use this same image later, and it works fine, and all other clips work fine. I have included an image of the timeline and a youtube clip of the beginning. I have deleted render files, restarted laptop, made sure everything is up to date, re imported the image.....
