Im trying to update to 15.3.8 but when i verify it says cant verify because i am not connected to internet even tho i am please help😭😭

You have no cell service, are on Low Power Mode, and you are using a VPN.

Connect your phone to a computer to update, turn off the VPN, and take it out of Low Power Mode to perform the update.
