How do I stop the need to sign in every time I access my iphone

Every time I use my phone I have to login. I don't need or want that security

So you'd be OK if you lost your iPhone or it was stolen, that whoever finds it has the full ability to see your data, buy things with your Apple Wallet, erase your data or any number of things, if you remove the security built into the phone. You won't be able to track your phone if it is lost or stolen as the security you say you don't need would make Find My unavailable.

I'm also a bit confused. You own an iPhone 13, with Face ID. All you should have to do is look at your phone when you unlock the screen, without having to enter a passcode each time. The passcode is required if you power the phone off and then power it back on, or when you update your iPhone.
