What causes Boot Loop Issues on iPhone 13 Pro Max?

Hey everyone, so I have iPhone 13 Pro Max and it stuck on a boot loop

I was normaly using it, it had about 25% battery left so I charged it a bit with a MagSafe powerbank and after about 30 mins I plugged it to a cable charger and went off it for a while

After I came back it was stuck on an Apple logo and was very hot,I waited for a while and did a hard reset,immediately it showed me a purple screen and turned off,turned back on and after 15 secs the screen dimmed, like it was really bright and Apple logo just dimmed and it stayed that way

I was waiting for a while and began searching out on youtube for a similar error, haven't found anything

But here I'm typing this post and it just did restart by itself, so I can say it is a boot loop indeed

Has anybody been dealing with such a bummer?

Update: operantly it was a memory bug, I went to the local authorized service and they opened it up

Everything was ok,no water or any damage at all,but the memory was low, so it went into boot loop

But it sounds weird, as I had about 300GB left out of 1TB, so idk 🤷🏻‍♂️

They updated it and now I have iOS 18.3, RIP my beloved 15.2,it was lightning fast and the battery was unbelievable, still after 4 years

no but it seems like your phone is damaged, what you could try is putting it into recovery mode by pressing the volume up button, release it and then press the volume down button, release it and then press and hold the power button until you see the recovery screen. when you see this, plug in your phone to a computer with iTunes and try updating it. if that doesn't work, then your phone may have hardware damage and should be taken to a repair center
