Refurbished iPhone 12 (2weeks old) unresponsive, black screen. Returned to green gadgets and did as directed, went to find my phone and removed it but they are saying it’s still on or connected and they can’t do anything till disconnected. How do I do that when I can’t find it anymore. I have no idea what im doing or even how. Help please.

So, are you logged in to this device? If not, then the pervious lower may have yet to associate this to their account. take this as a learning experience, knowing to always purchase expensive items directly from Apple, and none other. This is the site the seller should have used prior to selling it to you: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. The seller should have known better (and perhaps they did?).
