Apple Watch Ultra 2 Outlook Calendar sync issues

Using Outlook calendar with Apple calendar app, it is always out of date and does not sync properly unless i restart the watch.

I also have issues of getting alerts from other calendars which are not selected. In my workplace we share our calendars in the mgmt team to make it easier to schedule things.

Apple atch is alerting me to other peoples meetings etc which when i check on my phone or the watch, the calendar is not selected and even the iphone settings show notifications for these shared calendars is set to off.
