Unable to update to iOS 16 on iPhone to download Cash App

Im trying to download cash app and it wont let me because its ios 16 and my software say ios 15

An iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, or iPhone SE 1 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A11 or better CPU. Try downloading the application to a newer unit on the same Apple Account first.

Then you’ll not be able to run any apps which require iOS 16 or higher.

Maybe time to consider a newer phone.
