Subscription cancellation for country/region change
I want to cancel my subscription to change my country/region.

After you cancel the subscription here, they will no longer renew, but remain active until the subscription expires:

Then you will need to contact Apple directly to immediately remove that subscription so it will no longer be available until the expiration date:

More information is available here for changing your region and you will also need to clear your Apple Account balance and in order to use the App Store in your new region, you may need to add a payment method from a bank that resides in that region.
