My phone is hacked through my WiFi and my hotspot. Please help solve this issue.

Your iPhone cannot be hacked. It can’t be hacked through Wi-Fi, and it can’t be hacked through your hotspot.
So what do you see that leads you to think it was hacked?
BTW, hackers aren’t stupid. When they hack a computing device they will hide the fact that it has been hacked; there will be no obvious external indications.
